The data include children between the ages of 0-59 months living in Nigeria who were surveyed as part of a diarrhea program evaluation. Three rounds of surveys were conducted with households living in the program areas and all children under five living in the households were included in the survey. Questions were asked regarding whether the child had diarrhea in the two weeks prior to the survey and whether ORS and zinc were given to treat the diarrhea.
