Reproducibility package for: "Metocean Design Environment and Marine Operational Accessibility for Offshore Wind Development in Southern Vietnam: A 44-Year ERA5-Based Assessment"

This package provides the code and derived data needed to reproduce the analysis in the article "Metocean Design Environment and Marine Operational Accessibility for Offshore Wind Development in Southern Vietnam: A 44-Year ERA5-Based Assessment" by Thai Hoang Pham, Gia Huy Dinh, and Manh Hung Nguyen (submitted to Ocean Engineering). It contains the Python processing scripts and small derived output files — gridded wind/wave statistics, GEV extreme return levels, IFORM contours, weather-window and CTV/SOV accessibility, and Wind–Logistics Score priority zones — over the offshore domain 7.0–12.5°N, 102.0–110.0°E at 0.25° resolution. Raw ERA5 (C3S/ECMWF, 1979–2022 waves / 2013–2022 winds) and GEBCO 2023 bathymetry are not redistributed; the scripts and README fully specify how to re-download identical open data.
