The poster describes the architecture of one of the Sci-GaIA project "champion" use cases proposed for the e-Research Summer Hackfest (see
sci-gaia.eu). The use case regards the development of a reproducible Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system. The use-case is specific for the rich community of Human Language Technologies users in South Africa and the system will be built as a Science Gateway and the data it uses will be stored on an Open Access Repository. The poster has been presented at the Sci-GaIA Workshop on "Open Science in Support of Education", which was held in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) on the 5th of September 2016 (see
agenda.ct.infn.it).
