The number of wild animals is decreasing, and many species are on the verge of extinction. In order to put forward a wildlife protection policy that can achieve the goal of a win-win goal of environmental protection and economic development, this paper takes the Masai Mara Nature Reserve as an example. First, it analyzes the regional planning and wildlife population data of the Masai Mara Nature Reserve, and divides it into three major areas: Delansala, Narok and the tourist area. The characteristics of three different regions give specific policy strategies for each region to balance human activities and wildlife protection. Then establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, quantitatively score policy indicators, and get the best policy from the two dimensions of protecting wildlife and balancing human activities.
