Research Readiness Assessment Validation dataset, Assessment Guide and Scoring Template

The attached is validation data created from the Research Readiness Assessment (RRA) from nine institutions in three countries (Kenya, Ethiopia, and Nigeria). The assessment guide that was used as well as the scoring templates are also attached. The scoring template scores each institution by each module and the scores are aggregated to get the overall institutional performance.
