This repository contains the minimal underlying data, aggregate costing inputs, aggregate staff and participant time inputs, and analytic code supporting the manuscript “Resources to implement general population mobile chest X-ray screening for tuberculosis in Uganda: a trial-based costing analysis.” The materials are sufficient to reproduce all analytic outputs reported in the article, including screening volumes, diagnostic cascade outcomes, qXR threshold analyses, TB burden/yield sensitivity analyses, probabilistic sensitivity analyses, and time-driven activity-based costing analyses. To protect participant privacy, shared datasets are de-identified and limited to variables required for analysis. Patient-derived data include a minimized screening analysis dataset capturing screening date, study cluster, screening strategy, age eligibility, age, sex/gender, HIV status, TB symptoms, chest X-ray screening, sputum submission, Xpert results, computer-aided detection scores, and limited TST/TPT workflow fields used for supplementary quality-control outputs. Direct identifiers, phone numbers, contact details, addresses, free-text comments, facility names, detailed geographic fields, and extraneous variables from the original data sources have been removed. The record identifier included in the shared dataset is a synthetic analysis identifier and does not contain the original study identifier. The repository also includes aggregate input cost tables, staff and participant time inputs, and R scripts used to generate the analyses and sensitivity scenarios presented in the manuscript, along with documentation describing file contents and recommended execution order. Together, these materials enable transparent evaluation and reproducibility of the study’s findings while adhering to ethical and data-protection considerations.
