International audience The accessibility of real-time traffic data offers digital twins a critical foundation for complementing conventional simulation methods in bus operations. However, there is a notable gap between Digital Twin (DT) and bus planning analysis, due to the absence of adequate models and the applicability of real-time data. Thus, this study focuses on scenario-based evaluation ofthe impact of transport policy in Khanh Hoa (Vietnam). Firstly, actual traffic data synergy is input into the GAMA platform, and subsequently, it enables streaming calibration of running simulation scenarios. These simulations for visualizing policy measures include, for example, expanding the bus network and adjusting bus routes to assess their impact on overall traffic flow and bus efficiency via the proposed GAMA model.
