At the root of this interest is the problem of the scarcity of qualified human resources in a globalised and competitive market of knowledge and know-how. For all industrialized countries, net flows of skills are positive.For Morocco, the mobilization of its competences established abroad appears like a necessity and requires a review of the initiatives carried out and the elaboration of a renewed and integrated policy. Seeing young compatriots going to study or establish abroad can be considered as « brain drain » but it can also be a plus as they can continue to contribute to the country’s development L’IRD propose une « Brainstorming session » sur le thème « Mobilité et durabilité dans l'enseignement supérieur et la recherche », le 22 juin 2022. Elle a pour but :d'échanger sur la mobilité des jeunes universitaires dans un contexte changeant après le Covid19 et dans une période de tensions géopolitiques croissantes ;de sensibiliser sur les relations complexes entre la mobilité, l'environnement, le développement et les questions de coopération ;d’exposer les options de processus d'apprentissage hybrides mêlant les échanges de connaissances tacites et les interactions à distance.
