Complete and near-complete genome sequences of SINV sampled in Africa between 1952 and 2022 and downloaded from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) on 9/08/2025. They were aligned in MAFFT (version 7), an online multiple sequence alignment program, and can be opened with a text editor and most sequence alignment software.
