This research dataset contains the complete experimental data supporting the results presented in the manuscript entitled "Chemical Composition, Antioxidant, Anti-inflammatory, and Photoprotective Activities of Date Seed Oils from Three Algerian Cultivars". The dataset comprises the original quantitative data generated during the study, including individual experimental replicates, calculated mean values, standard deviations, and statistical analyses used to prepare the tables and figures presented in the manuscript. It is organized into a series of raw tables (Raw Tables S1–S8) and raw figures (Raw Figures S1–S7), each accompanied by descriptive titles and legends that identify the corresponding table or figure in the manuscript. The dataset includes: Raw oil extraction yield measurements. Raw GC–MS fatty acid composition data for all identified fatty acids. Raw total phenolic content (TPC) measurements. Raw total flavonoid content (TFC) measurements. Raw antioxidant activity data (DPPH and ABTS assays). Raw anti-inflammatory activity data obtained using the protein denaturation inhibition assay. Raw photoprotective activity data used for in vitro sun protection factor (SPF) determination. Original analytical outputs, calibration curves, chromatograms, and dose–response curves supporting the quantitative analyses. All experimental data are presented in a structured and traceable format to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and compliance with the journal's Research Data Policy. Each raw dataset is directly linked to the corresponding table or figure in the manuscript, allowing independent verification of the reported results.
