Spatial transcriptomics analysis of TNBC disparity in African and White American

There was proven disparity in suspectability of TNBC between different races especially those of african origin. Here, I have done a comparative analysis of TNBC spatial profile between African and White american based on the data published by Bassiouni et al., 2023 combined with single-cell RNA sequencing data from single-cell and spatially resolved atlas of human breast cancers (Wu et al., 2021).
