Spatiotemporal Modelling of Bacterial Meningitis Outbreaks using Climatic Drivers in Africa- Figure S4

Figure S4 represents an animation of monthly bacterial meningitis risk across the African meningitis belt from 2003-2022 from our spatiotemporal climatic INLA model. Our final model included a random effect for temperature, alongside a linear term for specific humidity and an interaction term between zonal wind direction and AOD. Alongside this the model included district-level spatial (BYM2) and monthly temporal random effects (RW2).
