5th International Conference on Systems and Control (ICSC), Fac Sci Semlalia, Marrakech, MOROCCO, MAY 25-27, 2016 International audience This paper investigates the problem of the delay dependent stability of neutral time-varying delay systems. By decomposing the delay interval into multiple equidistant subintervals, new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals are introduced on these intervals. Numerical example illustrate that the proposed method is effective and lead to less conservative results.
