The increasing volatility of contemporary business environments has heightened the importance of strategic agility as a capability that enables organizations to respond effectively to rapid market and technological changes. Despite growing scholarly interest, empirical evidence on the relationship between strategic agility and organizational performance remains limited in Nigeria's FinTech sector. This study examined the association between strategic agility and organizational performance among FinTech companies in Asaba, Delta State. Specifically, it investigated the relationships between strategic sensitivity, leadership unity, resource fluidity, and organizational performance. A cross-sectional survey design was adopted, and data were collected from employees of selected FinTech firms using a structured questionnaire. The instrument was validated through expert review, while internal consistency was established using Cronbach's alpha coefficients. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize the data, and Spearman's rank-order correlation coefficient was employed to test the hypotheses at the 0.05 significance level. The findings revealed significant positive associations between strategic sensitivity, leadership unity, resource fluidity, and organizational performance. The study concludes that higher levels of strategic agility are associated with improved organizational performance among the participating firms. It contributes empirical evidence from an under-researched African FinTech context and recommends that managers strengthen environmental scanning, leadership collaboration, and resource flexibility to enhance organizational adaptability and competitiveness.
