This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Ranking and Underlying Dimensions of Artificial Intelligence Tool Adoption Among Quantity Surveyors in FCT Abuja, Nigeria," submitted to the International Journal of Construction Management. It contains demographic characteristics of respondents, Mean Item Score rankings for adoption of 16 AI tools, and Principal Component Analysis output (KMO/Bartlett's Test, Total Variance Explained, Rotated Component Matrix, and per-component reliability) from a structured questionnaire survey of 101 quantity surveyors in FCT Abuja, Nigeria. Raw individual-level responses are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
