Companion software and district-level environmental layers with explicit per-file source and licence metadata for a Rwanda proof of concept. The artifact provides R and Python pipelines for rainfall, temperature, vegetation-greenness, and low-lying terrain share aggregated to Rwanda's 30 districts, together with a fail-closed provenance and evidence-class labelling module. It is a descriptive, non-operational research artifact and contains no patient, surveillance, or other confidential operational data. If you use this reproducibility artifact, please cite the archived software release using the metadata below and cite the companion paper when available.
