Survey Data from Nigeria's Labor-intensive Tomato Sector

In this dataset, we present survey data from 555 seasonal workers hired across farms in Nigeria's tomato sector, along with information on their socio-economic characteristics, recruitment type (e.g., recruited directly or through a labor intermediary), farm employers, job quality, and their intention to quit. The survey was conducted in Oyo State, Nigeria, between July and August 2023.
