The Sustainable Undernutrition Reduction in Ethiopia (SURE) Program Evaluation (2016-2019) Baseline Survey was conducted as part of the SURE program impact evaluation. This study documents baseline information to evaluate the impact of intervention in comparison to end line study. The aim was to improve complementary feeding and dietary diversity through integrated services delivered by the health and agriculture extension platforms. It was expected to impact prevalence of stunting as a result of joint household visit and counseling of Health Extension Workers (HEWs) and Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) to mother and father pairs in household with children under two years.
