SYNAP.dz: Integrated Digital Test Battery Suite Establishing Language as a Digital Biomarker through AI Driven Localized Assessment

This document presents the Stage 0 conceptual framework of SYNAP.dz, 
an AI-integrated digital assessment platform for speech, language, and 
cognitive functions in Arabic-speaking Algerian populations. The project 
aims to establish language as a digital biomarker for neurological 
diagnostics through culturally and linguistically adapted assessment tools, 
including the adaptation of the Sydney Neurolinguistic Battery (SYDBAT) 
for Arabic-speaking populations. Published to establish formal authorship 
and temporal priority of the SYNAP.dz framework. Proprietary technical 
details are withheld pending institutional registration and intellectual 
property protection procedures.
