Supplementary Table S6 for our manuscript titled "Two decades of molecular surveillance in Kenya reveal shifting Plasmodium falciparum drug resistance mutations linked to frontline drug changes." This dataset is a table detailing key information about missense SNP calls from 642 P. falciparum positive human dried blood spot samples included in the paper analysis which were collected from 1998-2021 from 9 sites throughout Kenya. Mutation data including gene name, amino acid change, UMI corrected alternate, reference, and total allele call coverage for each sample is provided. This data is uploaded in CSV format.
