Targeted amplicon deep sequencing of P. falciparum antimalarial drug resistance markers in Angola, 2023

P. falciparum antimalarial drug resistance marker genotypes and complexity of infection were obtained for 946 samples collected from 14 health facilities across 7 provinces of Angola between March and July 2023. Genotypes were generated using the MAD4HatTeR targeted amplicon deep sequencing protocol (Aranda-Diaz, 2025).
