African Swine Fever (ASF) is a highly infectious and fatal disease of feral and domesticated swine that has spread through several Eurasian countries and, more recently, has reappeared in the western hemisphere. Currently, only the structures of 16 of the nearly 200 predicted ASFV proteins have been solved via x-ray diffraction, solution nmr or electron microscopy. Accordingly, the structures of all 193 proteins predicted to be encoded by the progenitor strain for the most recent outbreak ASFV Georgia 2007 (ASFV-G) (GenBank Accession FR682468) were determined by AlphaFold.
