The present working paper is part of a much broader and ongoing research that contributes to managing existing and future economic risks associated with the built environment and construction industry, with lessons from building physics methods. It is a living document and a first set up in developing a collective and constructive consensus to be followed by the main stakeholders of the built environment and construction industry towards a viral disease management and an economic recovery process in Kenya. The broader ongoing study aims to develop a temporal framework for Kenya’s economic resilience. The current working paper is a preamble to this broader study, with an aim to present some implementable solutions of this ongoing research in the form of two key tables, Table 1 and Table 2.
