The GeoTiff files contain data as represented in corresponding figures in the paper. For figure 1, values of 0 represent non-significant correlations or fall outside the study area.
PythonScripts.zip contains all the scripts for data analysis performed in Python. It contains three folders:
- RandomForest contains the scripts and files to compute the potential NDVI map using maximum random forest regression.
- OtherFigures contains the scripts and files to create the other figures.
- FluxAnalysis contains the script and files to perform the fluxnet analysis.
Other calculations are performed in Google Earth Engine. Scripts are available at: code.earthengine.google.com
