The political consequences of mobilizing voters in a hybrid regimes: Experimental evidence from Zimbabwe

This document describes the pre-analysis plan for an evaluation of a peer voter mobilization program carried out by a consortium of 11 Zimbabwean civil society organizations funded and coordinated by the Harare office of the National Democratic Institute (NDI). The program will be carried out during a six-month period in 2022. In this project, we examine the impact of a peer voter mobilization program on the implementing activists i.e., “champions.”
