This study examines the relationship between quality of life and job satisfaction among primary education teachers. Previous research has highlighted the significant impact of job satisfaction on quality of life across various professions. However, limited studies have specifically addressed this relationship among primary education teachers. The study included 244 male and female teachers from both rural and urban areas across different regions of the Kingdom of Morocco. Participants completed two assessment tools: the Job Satisfaction Scale and the Quality of Life Scale. Statistical analysis of the data revealed a correlation between quality of life and job satisfaction among primary education teachers.
