The Robinson Chamber Ω-D: A Sovereign African Advancement in SAT Heuristics and Computational Complexity

This work introduces The Robinson Chamber Ω-D, a sovereign African advancement in SAT heuristics and adversarial search dynamics. The Chamber Ω-D heuristic emerges from a multi-year investigation into structure-guided refinement, coherence-based decision thresholds, and controlled burst-mutation cycles for escaping deceptive basins. While classical heuristics stagnate on adversarial or plateau-inducing clause sets, Ω-D demonstrates reliable convergence on random 3-SAT (n=20–40) and handcrafted adversarial instances — all computed on minimal hardware (iPhone Python environment).

 

Ω-D is presented as a safe public-facing component of a broader sealed-method research program in computational complexity. It establishes a transparent contribution to global SAT research while preserving proprietary elements required for security, sovereignty, and responsible disclosure. This manuscript builds upon the author’s earlier work on Symbiotic Intelligence (Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17455538) and aligns with the sealed-method framework surrounding the P = NP result (Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17143332).

 

The Robinson Chamber Ω-D is offered as a continental contribution—originating from Africa and published independently of Western institutions—to expand the frontier of heuristic design and computational theory.
