The objective of this scoping review is aimed to identify the key themes, issues, and gaps in knowledge; stakeholders involved in PHEC delivery and utilization; and explore the implications of PHEC for health policy and practice in Ethiopia. The findings of the scoping review will inform the development of policies and practices that can support the development of a strong prehospital care system in Ethiopia.
