The Stock Out DMP

This research project investigates hospital supply chain inefficiencies and pharmaceutical stock-outs using predictive modeling and data analytics. Utilizing a secondary dataset of hospital logistics, the project aims to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and multiple linear regression to identify key drivers of inventory shortages. The ultimate goal is to propose data-driven strategies for improving healthcare accessibility and essential medicine availability in South Africa.
