The repository contains the files and instructions to run the workshop 'Tools for reproducible research in Bioinformatics'. The workshop is held for the occasion of the ISCB-Africa ASBCB 2021 Conference.Some of the files in the repository are required to run the different parts of the workshop, others can be used as backup. Download them all to known path on your local machine.
