Focused on strengthening clinical trial regulatory and ethical review oversight in East Africa, the manual covers essential topics such as grant proposal development, project design, financial management, research ethics, and research leadership. It provides practical and theoretical training through lectures, group discussions, and exercises, aiming to equip participants with skills in grant writing, project management, and ethical research practices.
