This repository consists of fourteen redacted semi-structured interviews conducted with state policy-makers and government programme managers between February and August 2024. Interviews—conducted by the lead and second authors—explored decision-making related to disability inclusion in policy and programming, the factors shaping these decisions, and the resources used to inform them. Participants were aged 18 or older with current or prior experience in public-sector policy-making or programme management for disability-focused initiatives, primarily in health, education, or social protection. Additionally, consenting participants from the same or relevant departments outside health, education, or social protection with a disability focus were included. Transcripts were redacted for anonymity purposes, removing personal identifiers and participants' sensitive information.
