In this research work, I define a dynamic Google Scholar-based h-index ranking for local Tunisian scientists (TunSci_Local) and another one for Tunisian scientists working abroad (TunSci_Expatriate). Both are built using Microsoft Office Excel 2007. These rankings involve the biographical details and citation metrics of each ranked scientist and can be updated in real-time as it is linked to the public Google Scholar profiles of Tunisian scientists available online using Microsoft .NET Framework. These classifications can serve to assess the efficiency of the h-index in evaluating the careers of leading research scientists and to provide to aspiring Tunisian scientists a list of leading research scientists of Tunisia who should be considered as references.
