Uganda Liver Disease Study (ULIDS) HBV data

Dataset containing information collected from 210 individuals diagnosed with chronic Hepatitis B virus who gave informed consent to participate in the Uganda General Population Cohort and Uganda Liver Disease Study. The dataset contains variables on demographics, self-reported medical history and alcohol consumption, anthropometric and laboratory results recorded in 2011 and 2023. Primary data was collected using hard copy standardized questionnaires in addition to direct input into Redcap database using standard GPC data collection templates. The data were checked for any inconsistencies, out of range values, duplication and other anomalies. The cleaned data were analysed using descriptive statistics.
