It includes information on vehicle counts, average speed, weather, road conditions, day of the week, holidays, and special events, with a target variable representing congestion levels on a 0-4 scale. Each record is linked to a specific sensor location, enabling analysis of temporal patterns, location-based congestion, and the impact of environmental factors.
