URBANE - WP5 - Database for animal diseases collected via the SWINOSTICS2 tool

The dataset includes infected population data collected by the SWINOSTIC2 device under the scope of the URBANE  project. The portable device processes pig salive samples to rapidly detect African Swine Fever Virus. The samples were collected in both laboratory and field conditions. The dataset includes the following fields. Disease: Disease code for the test (asfv = African Swine Fever Virus). Location: Field site / country where the test was run. Farm Name: Name of the farm the sample came from. Lat: Latitude of the farm. Lon: Longitude of the farm. Timestamp: Date and time the device recorded the run, not necessarily equal to the same as sample collection time. Sample: Sample ID as labeled. Result: Test result.
