Agent-based Model for dengue calibrated for two endemic cities in Kenya. The model is used to quantify the relative contribution of different structures on dengue burden. Structures are grouped as household (HH) or non-household (NH). This release also includes the version of the model where spatial coordinates were assigned to assess human mobility effect on the relative distribution of infections in different urban locations.
