week Mues Documentation of Goemai

A description of the Goemai week, and its relationship to the different stages of brewing beer. The planning was done on 2004-05-04, the recording on 2004-05-05. This session contains the following parts: (1) Planning stage (dialogue between A. and N.). (2) Description of the week. This project documents the Goemai language (Afroasiatic, Chadic, West Chadic A, Angas-Goemai, Southern branch; spoken in Central Nigeria) in the form of a comprehensive reference grammar, a dictionary and an annotated corpus of natural texts. A. and N. both participate equally in the dialogue of the planning stage. N. is the main narrator in the description, while A. listens.
