Wepisia: Open Epidemiology Platform Built for Africa

Wepisia is a complete architectural rewrite of OpenEpi, the world's reference open-source epidemiology calculator, rebuilt with React 18, TypeScript and Vite.  It extends the original with multi-region epidemic simulation (SIR/SEIR/SEIRD/SEIQRD), 
interactive geospatial mapping, an in-browser R IDE via WebAssembly (WebR), and  multilingual support for African languages (Mooré, Wolof, Swahili, Haoussa).  All computations run locally in the browser no server, no installation, 
no data leaves the device. Every statistical result is validated against OpenEpi v3.
