This repository contains the methodology and R code used to analyze the DTP vaccination coverage for children aged 12-23 months in Guinea, based on the 2018 Guinea Demographic and Health Surveys (GDHS) focusing on vaccination coverage for diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTP1, DTP2 and DTP3) vaccines.
