This dataset provides a high-resolution ($1 \text{ km}$) assessment of agricultural land potential across the Zambezi River Basin (ZRB). Developed using a geospatial data-driven framework, the classification integrates natural biophysical endowments (climate, soil, topography) with anthropogenic management factors (irrigation, accessibility, plot size) to delineate land capability gradients.
