It contains 284 treatment entries covering 35 diseases and mapped to corresponding therapeutic agents, dosage forms, strengths, contraindications, and guideline sources. Data was manually extracted and standardized from nationally recognized clinical sources, including the Uganda Clinical Guidelines (UCG) and the Essential Medicines and Health Supplies List for Uganda (EMHSLU), with alignment to the WHO Model Essential Medicines List.Each record follows a consistent JSON schema enabling interoperability with analytical pipelines, decision-support systems, and machine-learning workflows. The dataset places emphasis on high-burden conditions commonly encountered in Ugandan primary and secondary healthcare facilities and incorporates contextual metadata such as facility level and drug availability.This resource is intended to support research in clinical decision support, treatment recommendation systems, knowledge graph construction, and responsible healthcare AI.
