This qualitative dataset, central to the mixed-method approach used in our research, contains education stakeholders' responses to questions that helped us explore shared understandings of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on education in Nigeria. The data is essential for interpreting the key findings from the quantitative study. It includes transcripts of qualitative responses from primary and secondary school teachers, university lecturers, students, parents, education policymakers, and NGO representatives, offering multidimensional perspectives on key themes related to the impact of COVID-19 in Nigeria. This makes the dataset a valuable resource for interdisciplinary research spanning education, social policy, economics, and health. Additionally, it can be used for comparative studies, childhood research, and theoretical analysis. The raw transcripts enhance transparency, supporting diverse qualitative data processing methods, triangulation with quantitative data, and fostering varied interpretations and collaborative research efforts.
