This dataset contains Extended Data supporting a systematic review examining models of HIV and non-communicable disease (NCD) service integration across sub-Saharan Africa. The dataset includes a summary table of the 32 peer-reviewed studies selected for inclusion in the review, detailing study characteristics such as country, form of integration, diseases addressed, healthcare resources involved, geographic setting, study design, and primary objective. Studies span multiple countries, including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Malawi, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana, and cover integration approaches, including horizontal, vertical, patient-centered, and whole-system models.
