MATLAB code and data for an erosion-aware multi-objective blade design framework for micro-hydrokinetic turbines operating in sediment-laden rivers. Hydro-abrasive wear is treated as a design objective from the outset and traded explicitly against energy capture. A blade element momentum solver, posed as a single bracketed root in the inflow angle so that convergence is unconditional and the solution unique, is coupled to an Oka-type erosion model whose impingement angle follows from a two-regime treatment weighted by the particle Stokes number and integrated over the measured particle size distribution; the leading-edge contribution is derived analytically and contains no fitted constant. Candidates are evaluated across a measured flow-speed distribution at fixed shaft speed under geometric, manufacturability and availability constraints. The repository contains the solver, the erosion model, the NSGA-II driver, the site flow record measured on the River Wiwi at Kumasi, Ghana, the section aerodynamic data, three published rotor experiments used for validation, and the result sets reported in the accompanying paper. It also contains the global sensitivity analysis, the robust-objective evaluation, the availability study and the flow-record resampling. Requires MATLAB R2023a or later with the Global Optimization Toolbox. The Parallel Computing Toolbox is optional. The package is self-contained and passes its 92-case regression suite from a clean MATLAB path. See README.md for a directory map and how to run, and DATASETS.md for what each dataset feeds and which results it reproduces.
