Addendum No. 047-Gold to the African Federation Treaty Framework v3.1 and Accompanying Institutional Announcement

Restricted Uses & Enforcement

Commercial exploitation, institutional adoption, or the creation of derivative mineral instruments based on this addendum requires prior written consent and negotiated licensing terms. The Proprietor commits to comprehensive, global enforcement of these rights under the Laws of the Republic of Kenya, the Berne Convention, and the TRIPS Agreement.
