AFRİKADA LAYİQLİ HƏYATI TƏŞVİQ EDƏN QURUM VƏ PROQRAMLARIN HÜQUQİ ƏSASI

The provisions reflected in the normative acts on meeting the daily needs of a person within the framework of adequate standards can be considered fully realized only when they are satisfied in real life. The basis of the implementation of the normative basis of the right to a decent life in the African region, which has been extensively analyzed by the author in our previous research works, is analyzed in the relevant article as the final result through the institutions. The article also classifies the organizational mechanisms operating in the direction of promoting the rights to a decent life in the African region, examines their history, functions, activities in the direction of achieving a decent life, analyzes the implemented relevant programs and plans, and puts forward relevant proposals and recommendations.
