This chapter examines Africa's strategic partnership with the Council of Europe in the development and advancement of cybersecurity on the continent. Africa is one of the continents in the world with a strong presence of information and communication technology users. Unfortunately, both government institutions and private sectors in Africa are experiencing an increase in cyber-related attacks. Different initiatives through CoE are being developed to combat the menace of cyber-attacks in Africa.
