A clean, machine-readable ("AI-ready") re-expression of the HPV genotype calls for the cohort behind NCBI BioProject PRJNA1023898. One row per patient-level genotype detection, controlled vocabulary, IARC risk class, schema-validated. It is the deliverable of the proof-of-concept paper above; the value is the FAIR standardisation, not new content.
