This repository contains all code related to the paper "Using joint species distribution modelling to identify climatic and non-climatic drivers of Afrotropical ungulate distributions" analysing the formation of ungulate species ranges in sub-Saharan Africa using joint species distribution modelling.

Data associated with this paper to be used in conjunction with this code is available at: doi.org

The core analyses in HMSC were conducted using a modified version of the HMSC pipeline made publicly available by the package authors and available at helsinki.fi.
